About Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer

The Schwarzkopf Professional BLONDME Premium Developer and Premium Gel Developer are a range of professional oxidizing lotions specially designed to be used with all BLONDME colour and lightening products. Available in different strengths (2%, 6%, 9% and 12%), they ensure maximum performance for lightening services and toners while respecting the hair fibre.

Benefits of Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer

BLONDME developers offer an optimised viscosity for creamy, stable mixtures that are easy to apply with a brush or applicator bottle, depending on whether you use the cream or gel version. Combined with the lightening powders, Blond Lifting creams, Lift & Blend and Glow Toners, they ensure even distribution, controlled processing time and clear, clean and even blonde results on all bases. Formulated to work with the Anti-Metal Bond Protection technology integrated into BLONDME colour products, they help reduce breakage and improve hair quality after every service.

Application of Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer

Mixing: Choose the developer strength according to the service: 2% for gentle toning services and Glow Toner, 6% or 9% for most lightening services, 12% for strong lightening on suitable natural bases. Follow the mixing ratios recommended for each BLONDME product (for example 1:2 for Blonde Lifting, 1:1 or 1:1.5–1:2.5 for Premium Lightener 9+ or Clay Lightener).

Application: Apply immediately after preparation to dry or towel-dried hair, depending on the product used. Use enough mixture to saturate the strands and achieve an even result, whether for full-head applications, foil highlights or freehand balayage techniques.

Processing time: Follow the processing times indicated on each BLONDME colour product (generally 10 minutes for Glow Toners, 20 to 45 minutes for lighteners and highlifts), checking visually on a regular basis until the desired blonde is achieved.

C-TOTAL Tips

Use BLONDME developers exclusively with the BLONDME colour range to ensure the correct consistency and advertised performance. Do not mix the gel and cream versions in the same preparation. Always adapt the developer strength to the hair condition: favour 2% or 6% on sensitised hair and reserve 9% or 12% for strong, natural hair. Finish every service with a BLONDME Bond Repair or Bondfinity treatment to reinforce the internal hair bonds and prolong the beauty of the blonde.
